Yeah I know...the title for this post is so lame and not interesting. Well, actually I have no idea on what to put as a title so I just simply put it as "an update". Apparently, this is an update because I have not been updating my blog for quite some time. My apology because I have no time to go online. For the past few days I was a little bit busy accompanying my friends for a trip around KK. It was the first time I became a freelance tourist guide. Since most of them were first timers in KK so I took them to the seafood restaurant in Kampung Air for a dinner. Thanks to them for the treat! We had a wonderful dinner and guess what...we had lobsters!! They were really excited for the lobsters because it was far way cheaper than in other place. KK is indeed well-known for its FRESH and CHEAP seafood. Hmm...not that cheap actually. Speaking of the price, that night we had to pay RM220 (if I'm not mistaken) for all the 5 dishes we ordered. Can you imagine spending RM220 for five (5) dishes - 4 seafood dishes and 1 vege. I think RM220 is only equavalent to 1 seafood dish in some other places. Nevertheless, I hope all of them enjoyed the dinner. Don't think too much about the price, most importantly, the experiencing of having fresh lobsters and I mean really fresh! The chose the lobsters from the aquarium.
I also brought them to Pekan Nabalu. For those who do not know anything about Pekan Nabalu, it actually a place where one get to see a clear view of Mount Kinabalu. Pekan Nabalu is located along the road from Tamparuli to Ranau. A little bit ahead of Pekan Nabalu is the famous Kinabalu National Park and Kundasang. I only brought them to Pekan Nabalu because the weather was not that good and I had to return to KK as soon as possible before the road got shrouded with thick mist.
I'm looking forward to see the pictures taken and read my friends' blog about the trip.
